Question 1

How is FloatNest different from a regular inflatable baby float?

Accepted Answer

FloatNest™ uses an air-free foam-based construction rather than relying on traditional inflatable air chambers. That means there's no pump required and no inflatable chamber that can accidentally lose air from a puncture.

Question 2

Does FloatNest protect my baby from the sun?

Accepted Answer

An optional removable sun shade is available to provide additional shade. FloatNest and the shade should never replace appropriate baby sun protection recommended for your child's age.

Question 3

Is FloatNest safe for my baby?

Accepted Answer

FloatNest includes several safety-focused design features including a secure multi-point harness, supportive headrest and stability-focused shape. However, no baby float eliminates water risk. Constant, close adult supervision is required at all times.

Question 4

Can my baby tip forward?

Accepted Answer

FloatNest's extended rear buoyancy and body shape are designed to improve stability and help reduce forward tipping. No floating product should be described as completely tip-proof.

Question 5

What age is FloatNest designed for?

Accepted Answer

FloatNest is designed for babies approximately 3–24 months, subject to the manufacturer's weight, developmental and usage requirements supplied with the product.

Question 6

Do I need to inflate FloatNest?

Accepted Answer

No traditional inflation is required because the main float structure uses foam rather than an inflatable air chamber.

Question 7

Can I use it at the beach?

Accepted Answer

FloatNest is intended for calm, controlled water environments in line with the manufacturer's instructions — such as a supervised home or resort pool. It is not intended for waves, currents, tidal water or open-water conditions unless specifically approved by the manufacturer.

Question 8

How do I clean it?

Accepted Answer

Rinse with fresh water after each use, wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed, then air dry fully in a shaded, well-ventilated spot before storing. Always follow the care guidance supplied with your product.
